Hi, y’all! My name is Sara and I’m the founder of #Mother – an ever-growing community of #motherlovers trying to end the mommy wars once and for all. Because let’s face it, motherhood is way more fun to do with friends. I’m married to my best friend, have three beautiful children and a lazy, old labrador that smells funny most of the time. Heck, they all smell funny most of the time. I love to laugh, which is one of the top reasons my husband and I love each other so stinkin’ much and one of the top reasons I make it through each day with a smidge of my sanity. Motherhood is hard and there’s no use spending so much time worrying about who is doing it right or wrong. We need each other’s encouragement more than we need each other’s judgement and that’s why I wrote the #mothermanifesto and founded #Mother.
I designed the #mothershirt to help spread the word, grow a community and look good and feel good while doing it (amiright?!) It’s super soft, super comfy and super flattering for nearly every shape and size of momma – and we all know how those waist lines move around over the years. In November, we added four new shirt styles to the mix and now I can’t decide which is my favorite!
The response to our mission and the #mothermovement have been amazing and I can’t wait to see where our big amazing hopes, dreams and plans take us! I hope you mommas will join us in spreading the movement by signing the manifesto, sharing the video or purchasing a shirt!
