La Belle Vie started as a dream that was propelled into reality after Ashley had her first baby. We have always loved the thrill of shopping. We have bonded over the exhilaration of a great sale or the satisfaction of putting together a perfect ensemble. Many Saturdays were spent at the outlets or malls or cuddled on the couch online browsing (let’s order together to get free shipping!). In a off hand way we discussed having our own store. Everything would be stylish, practical, modest, beautiful yet easy to wear. For a long time this dream was just that a hypothetical, a far off fantasy.
After Ashley had her first baby, she felt the Lord call her to stay home with her boy. However, the idea of still having a creative outlet was very appealing. Tammy and Ashley decided together to combine their unique gifts and form La Belle Vie. Alongside my mother and sister I was recruited to be the “voice” for our blog and on call model. It was a blessing that everything fell into place and they got the opportunity to live their dream and have their own shop. Their desire to have a place for other women to find stylish practical modest and beautiful clothing finally came to be a reality.
Their desire to conduct their business as a blessing received from the Lord and then poured back to others is at the heart of what they do. La Belle Vie is the fruition of many years of dreams and plans. A mother and her daughters each with their own unique gifts and personalities come together to create a store filled with looks we love and believe other women will love as well. We want to help our customers to cultivate a gorgeous designer look for a slightly more practical cost. We strive to be the epitome of a small shop, Mothers that work hard to create and supply something beautiful and helpful for other families like ours.
