That is the idea behind Retail Therapy Girlz, an amazing flash sale boutique you can find on Facebook. Catering to every lady out there – Retail Therapy Girlz wants every woman to look and feel their best!
meet the girlz
In 2013, Retail Therapy GIRLZ was started by two teachers and friends who have a passion for fashion. For years we had talked about starting our own small business together. We became fascinated with the new online social media trend of Flash Sales we were seeing on Facebook. Andrea is a FIT {Fashion Institute of Technology} alumni who worked in the fashion industry and later became a special education teacher, while Sonia is an elementary school teacher. A year and 21,000 fans later we are very busy between teaching and RTG, but we love every minute of it.
Every Thursday at 8 PM EST on our Facebook page we offer an easy way to shop from the comfort of your own home by offering Retail Therapy Impulse Sales that list every 5 minutes. We feature a limited number of each item available to the fastest bidder for below retail prices. We monitor each weekly sale and are available to answer questions about items. Once an item is claimed by commenting SOLD, your email, State, and Color/Size, we then invoice the buyer via paypal. Once item is paid we ship that item for Free to any address in the United States or APO/Military. We also offer shipping internationally for a added shipping fee.
Additionally we always offer Sneak Peeks during the week so our fans will know what is coming up in each Sale. We take our fans {AKA GIRLZ} on buying trips with us virtually. When we travel to market or showrooms we often post photos of items and if our fans “LIKE” it, the chances of seeing it in one of our weekly sales is higher. In other words, we rely on our fans to tell us what they want!
All of our items are shipped in a timely manner with love from St. Petersburg, Florida. We pride ourselves on the fact that we offer a wide versatile range of products in Sizes Small to 3Xl. Our styles are comfortable, trendy, and affordable. We go above and beyond to describe the fit and sizing so that each customer will know if an item will work for their body type.
We love the creativity our small business allows us to have whether it is with advertising, styling our photo shoots, or coming up with fun packaging or promotional items. We appreciate loyal customers, and at times offer a token of our appreciation by slipping free small gifts and hand written cards to our clients in their purchases. Recently we have even launched our own graphic tee line and have been featured on National Websites for it.
