My name is Monika and I’m a mom to 3 little lovebugs living in Southern California! We love to spend time outdoors playing at the local parks and beaches, or watching movies together with a big bowl of popcorn. When the kids settle in for the night, I love to create handmade baby items for my shop. Sewing is my first love, but I also enjoy baking, writing and embroidery.
My shop The Lovebug Collection was created 4 years ago when my oldest son was born. There were so many baby items that I wanted, but we were on a limited budget. So I took out my sewing machine and started making baby items for my littles. After I started receiving requests from friends and family I decided to open up an online shop!
I started making blankets and burp cloths, and over the years I have changed what I made for my shop a dozen times. But I finally found a few items that I really love to create – baby/kids clothing, toys and hair accessories. From choosing the supplies to creating the designs to the finish product, I love each and every step!
Over the years I have been blessed to have such awesome customers and I hope that my good fortune will last for years to come. I have several new items making their debut this Spring, so I hope to see you around!
