If there is one thing that I have come across in my journey to get healthy and lose weight with Weight Watchers it’s what snacks are good for you and low in points. Those that are familiar with Weight Watchers know that lower point snacks are pretty great and sometimes necessary!
I am a snacker, especially at night when I am watching TV, so I am always on the lookout for things I can munch on at night, but I also like to have lower point, healthier items during the day so if I want to indulge a little later in the day, I can!
Here is an overview/snapshot of what I like to eat. These are all super easy and can be purchased at pretty much any grocery store, so no need to worry about heading to a specialty store for any of this.
Fruit and veggies is an obvious choice. In general, they are good for you, but in the wonderful world of Weight Watchers they are zero points, which is always a plus! I get bored pretty easily with just plain fruits and veggies, so I like to add a little to them.
~Laughing Cow cheese wedges are so tasty, (and only one Weight Watchers point) and taste great with veggies. I like to have a wedge (or two-still only 1 pt for two) with cucumbers, baby carrots, and Special K Multi Grain crackers (the serving size is 24 crackers!).
~Fat Free Cool Whip is also a favorite of mine. I could literally sit down with a container of that and a spoon and call it a day! Being that it is zero points, I love to add it to fruit with a little truvia to help satisfy my ‘something sweet’ craving.
~Another thing that I love, love, love to do with FF Cool Whip is add a little PB2 to it. I love peanut butter. I could eat it all day long and not think twice. Although good for you to an extent, the calories can add up spoonful after spoonful, and so can the points. Mixing the PB2 and the FF Cool Whip tastes delicious and is a great alternative. Plus, PB2 is only 1 point for 2 tablespoons. I like to have that with sliced up apples, topped on my WW desserts or even with celery.
Fiber One now makes wraps, that are a great option when you want a sandwich. High in fiber (obviously) and low in points!
Flat Out wraps are also great and low in points. I like to use these particularly for making pizza! I like to make home made pizza a lot, but the crust I use tends to be a little higher in points, so I use Flat Out wraps and make my own! They even make wraps specifically for making pizza. As much as I prefer thicker crust pizza, this is a great alternative!
Anything Morningstar. Delicious, low in points, and they have a variety. I love their black bean burgers in a sandwich thin with some sliced cucumbers and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge. Delicious!
There you have it! Just a few of my go-to snack ideas! What are some of your favorite, healthy snacks?

Mmm, that all sounds good. I also like the laughing cow cheese wedges and the fat free cool whip. I haven’t thought about trying it with fruit; I think that would help my kids eat more fruit. We also like whole wheat pita bread and hummus.
