Element Hotel Style At Home: Easy Ways To Make Your Home Cozy

Just a few weeks ago, Element Hotel by Westin hosted my family as we headed to Sesame Place for one last hooray before the summer comes to a close. More details on that trip later! While we were visiting the absolutely amazing property, I couldn’t help but think – I don’t want to leave. The bed linens are heavenly, the crisp white sheets and soft luxurious towels create such an inviting atmosphere. Not to mention the full size kitchen with that looks like it was straight from HGTV magazine. And oh, don’t get me started on the headboard of the king size bed.
During my stay I couldn’t help but look around feeling inspired. The Element hotel was clearly a home away from home. Everything you needed in a hotel room was right at your fingertips. Everyone loves staying in hotels because of how cozy and comfortable they can be. There were so many design aspects inside the Element hotel that you can bring right into your home. Quick, easy and very doable tips to help create an atmosphere similar to hotel style.

{I am pretty sure this coffee station won me over}

My favorite thing about the Element, which is a Starwood Hotel, was their focus on whole living and maintaining a “green” life. I was shocked to hear the floors were made out of recycled tire — how cool! The Element restores your balance and contributes sustainability through paper recycling bins in each room, low VOC interior paints and is kind to the environment with their eco-conscious ways. We were truly able to refresh and relax away from home, it’s a different kind of hotel. They truly ensured we have everything we needed the entire weekend. The bright, open, nature-inspired space is what you can blend into your home since well, we can’t live at the Element property. You truly feel a sense of renewal in the modern and fresh rooms.

{I loved the full-length mirror and the small ledge in the bathroom. Most hotels don’t keep in mind the little details.}

I spent time touring the hotel one on one with the manager and I’ve never felt so invited into a place before visiting the Element hotel. From a Wii in the lobby, to an indoor pool and the best concierge service and snack bar you can come by — the Element by Westin is surely something you should fit into your next trip. And if you can’t, be inspired and decorate your home, Element style.
