My name is Lauren Shoff and I am the Designer and Founder of L. SHOFF, an eco-friendly fine jewelry company.
I originally went to school for Fashion Design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. While taking an Accessories Design class, my professor encouraged me to quit to school and start my own jewelry company. He has been such a great mentor and source of guidance throughout this journey, his advice and encouragement I will forever be grateful for.
At the age of 19, this was terrifying, but after a year of planning and consideration I took the leap and went for it! This July, L. SHOFF will celebrate its first anniversary. It is constantly a surreal experience but definitely an affirmation that this was the best decision I have ever made.
At L. SHOFF, we use only recycled and reclaimed metals to ensure eco-friendly and responsible jewelry of the finest quality. The reclaimed and recycled materials used in our jewelry come from post-consumer sources such as industrial metals and antique jewelry.
We are committed to providing fine jewelry that doesn’t harm our planet. Every piece we produce is made from 100% recycled and reclaimed metals with gems that are reclaimed or responsibly sourced. To further our commitment to the planet and our belief in environmental and social responsibility, everything you receive from L. SHOFF, from product to packaging, is eco-friendly and made in the United States.
Combining the simplicity of natural elements and the complexity of Baroque architecture, L. SHOFF jewelry is perfect on its own or layered together.
