Hi! I’m Amy Cornwell, owner and designer at amycornwell.com. I live in Indiana with my wonderful pilot husband and our two children (a boy and a girl). I’ve been a Hoosier my whole life.
I started my business back in 2003 making beaded jewelry and selling at home shows. Since then I’ve added stamped jewelry to my repertoire in 2007 and the business took off. In 2011 I quit my full time job to work on my business full time and have enjoyed it so much. I love making items to celebrate life’s events – whether that be a wedding, engagement, birth of a child, or celebrating the life of someone who has passed.
Some of my favorite items that I get to make are rings. I create them myself start to finish – from forming the wire into a band, soldering, hammering, stamping, setting stones and polishing. The True Love Ring has been a best seller since I introduced it in 2010, but the newest stamped bands and faceted stamped bands are quickly a customer favorite as well.
I’m constantly creating new designs, inspired by what I see on celebrities, customer requests and also by simply finding a supply that inspires me that I want to make into something beautiful.
