We’ve noticed these “protein balls” trending – so after about 4 different times of making them & mixing all sorts of ingredients up…we finally nailed it {at least we think so}! The first time we made them; Kennadi (Casi’s 4 year old) & Sadie (Casi’s just about 3 year old) helped! So yup you could say it’s a pretty easy recipe!
Our Ingredients…
1/3 cup flax seed
1/4 cup choc chips
1 1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup PB
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
Now all you have to do is mix all these ingredients together in a bowl then let sit it in the fridge for 15 mins or so. Next, take them baby’s out & roll them into lil’ balls, about an inch in diameter is what I strive for – perfect bite size.
Let us know if you made these, a different version, or have some we should try! We love switching things up!
Hope you enjoy our recipe!
XX,
Casi & Kate
Will try my own version of this soon – thinking chia seeds + maple syrup?

yes! sounds wonderful. I want to try chia seeds! xx thanks for sharing!
Just made these last night and oh boy they are yummy. I didn’t have agave so I used half honey and half 100 % pure Canadian Maple Syrup. Soooo good! I froze some, (so that my hubby didn’t eat them).
For sure making more, so quick not to make them!
