Heather is a young mom of 2 to Madeline (5) and Ezra (2). She has been married almost 9 years now and living with her family on the East Coast while her husband attended medical school. With her husband being gone at the hospital a lot, Heather’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and she felt inspired to create a product that would add beauty to the baby market but also would help carry her family financially through medical school.
A little over 2 years ago, Heather was pregnant with her baby boy and she couldn’t find a pacifier clip on the market that suited her taste. She decided to take matters into her own hands and had the idea to take 2 leather strands and braid them together to make her baby’s first pacifier clip. (There was nothing like this on the market at the time). She liked the look so much, she decided to go out on a limb and open an Etsy shop and it’s been history ever since. She now has her own website and can be found in boutiques around the country. While Heather used to stay up until 2am braiding pacifier clips for her shop, she now has a team of talented ladies in New Jersey who make each pacifier clip by hand every day.
Heather’s vision when opening her shop was to create a space for mamas to find unique, visually pleasing pacifier clips and baby accessories for their sweet babies, never tacky or cheap. Madeline’s Box is the first to bring leather braided pacifier clips to market and is constantly adding new styles and colors to the shop.
All of Madeline’s Box pacifier clips are multifunctional and will clip to anything such as strollers, car seats, and high chairs. They work with any pacifier or teether to keep close by and off the dirty ground. Thousands of mom’s around the world enjoy going out in public with Madeline’s Box pacifier clips because they’re visually appealing and their minds are at ease knowing they’ll never lose their baby’s pacifier again!
Madeline’s Box has been featured in magazines such as Parents, Pregnancy and Newborn, and Pregnancy magazine. She has also been featured on popular blogs such as Mint Arrow, Love Taza, Tiffany Theissen, and Freshly Picked to name a few.
