Option Three: Classic Hummus Dip

clove garlic, smashed and peeled
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 teaspoon salt

The best part about hummus is you can make it with just a few ingredients you most likely already have. First you will want to drop your garlic into a food processor until it’s finely minced. Add in the chickpeas, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, tahini and salt. Process until the dip is completely smooth. You can even make this ahead! Cover it and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
