Celebrating the PEOPLE Magazine 2013 Oscars Double Issue (Target Gift Card Giveaway!)

It’s Oscar weekend! Ahhh, the excitement. I wrote over on Babble earlier in the week how my 10 year old and I have been preparing for the big day. SO exciting. Who doesn’t love award shows? Well — another thing I really look forward to is how I really look forward to PEOPLE Magazine’s Red Carper edition — you know, that fabulous double issue that shows off all the best dressed, worst dressed, trends, behind-the-scenes photos and so much more.
