As a child of the early 90’s I loved all things frayed, clunky, and comfortable – a love I never quite outgrew. Scrolling through Instagram, I lose count of the number of posts containing combat boots, and high-waisted shorts. It seems every gender, race, and social class has taken note of the reemergence of 90’s grunge fashion, and embraced it with open arms. Stars like Miley Cyrus, Gwen Stefani, and Rihanna showcase their most scummy duds along with carefree, and rebellious attitudes.

If you’re like me, these famous fashionistas may have you wondering, “Where can I get my hands on a couple of these edgy pieces without breaking the bank, or having to shuffle through used items at the thrift store?” Well, with the help of Polyvore I’ve compiled a few of my favorite looks (for day, and evening) that should have you feeling dangerously sassy in no time.
