Chatting Crafting With Tori Spelling!

If you are an avid cupcakeMAG reader, you’ve read our many interviews with the FABulous + oh-so-lovely Tori Spelling. We go wayyy back. And again — are so thrilled to be supporting her again with her current project, Craft Wars! Are you obsessed yet? Because we are so addicted! Read on to see our quick catch-up with Tori and all about, Craft Wars!

cupcakeMAG: Craft Wars is one seriously-amazing show! How excited are you?

Tori: Our 4th episode just aired and I’m so proud of the show. Crafting is a lifelong passion of mine and now I get to host and produce a show that centers around my love for crafting. It’s so fun and inspiration!

CM: You’re hosting the show which we just can’t get enough of – it’s amazing!
How did this come about?

T: I’ve always been an avid crafter. I met with TLC and told them my passion and they were so excited because they wanted to do a crafting competition show. So I joined them in producing Craft Wars and hosting it.

CM: Tell us about the season! What’s to come? What’s been your favorite part about filming?

T: We do really fun themes each week! It’s so fun and inspiring to watch people craft their hearts out. And, at the end of each show I get to reveal a winner and someone walks away with 10k! Makes me so happy for them.

CM: What else are you currently working on? We know you are on busy lady!

T: I’m currently baking baby {laughs} and also, working on designing my new collections of my jewelry line, crafting lines, and kids clothing line. I’m also working on my 4th memoir and blogging daily for my website ediTORIal. Plus I’m always seeking new products and antiques for our store Inventori.com.

CM: We have to ask — we can’t get enough of the Tori Spelling/McDermott Fam! Can we expect another season of HSH? We’re are dying to know!

T: We hope so!
